Contest Rules

• There's no purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Winner must be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. citizen.
• s The grand prize is the amount of money accumulated in the Cash Call Jackpot.
• The winner of the Cash Call prize will receive two payments of exactly half the amount in the Cash Call Jackpot 14 days apart.
• Odds of winning are unknown due to the nature of the contest.
• Enter by listening to Magic 97.7 between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, to hear the amount in the Cash Call Jackpot.
• Weekday mornings the morning announcer will randomly select a phone number from the major 802 and 603 pre-fixes in our listening area, and call that number to see if they know the exact amount in the Cash Call Jackpot.
• If the person called tells the announcer the correct amount in the Cash Call Jackpot, they will win it, or if the person called leaves the exact amount on their voicemail, they will win it.
• Vermont Broadcast Associates, owner of Magic 97.7, is not responsible for undelivered messages.
• Winner agrees to use of likeness for promotional purposes.
• Winner is responsible for taxes and must sign a tax form and a prize release form, or forfeit the prize.
• Vermont Broadcast Associates or Magic 97.7 is not responsible if a prize is lost or becomes unavailable.
• Some restrictions may apply.
• All decisions of the judges are final.
• Rules may be amended at any time with notice on the contest rules page.
