If convicted, a Bath man is facing a long stint behind bars after being indicted by a Grafton Superior Court grand jury on charges of sexually assaulting a girl beginning when she was 5 years old. On March 18, Wesley D. Locke, 43, was indicted on five special class felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a minor under 13, with one count charging him with engaging in a pattern of sexual assault. According to prosecutors, the assaults occurred between January 2013 and June 2019 in Bath. Locke is scheduled to be arraigned at Grafton Superior Court on April 18.
