Jeff Garfield – Jeff was born in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom – a native to all this fabulous area has to offer. Radio and the legendary music announcers have been in Jeff’s blood since he was a young child watching Dick Clark and American Bandstand…Listening to Casey Kasem, Rick Dees, and archives of Wolfman Jack.
Jeff’s radio career began in 2003, right here on Magic, as the afternoon and evening host, making friends with his listeners and 10 years of requests, Magic Trivia, and keeping the community up on breaking news events.
His other passion … is cars. Fast ones — and not-so-fast ones. Jeff and his son Michael raced R/C cars for years, collecting trophies and memories that would last a lifetime. Michael has moved on to serve our country in the U.S Air Force, and Jeff couldn’t be more proud of him.
Jeff now hosts our morning show, “Magic in the Morning”, bringing the local news, weather, community information and entertainment news to our listeners, as well as serving up the music to get your day started and headed off to work or class. Jeff has said, “Without our listeners, I couldn’t get MY day headed in the right direction… I can’t thank them enough!!!”
Wake up each weekday morning with “Magic in the Morning”, and Jeff Garfield…here, on Magic 97.7.
